All Bar One is a chain of bars in the Uk, owned and operated by Mitchells and Butlers.The concept was designed by two women who wanted to open a female friendly bar at a time when they found most bars and pubs intimidating places for single women to go and have a drink or something to eat. They opened the first bar in 1994 and chose to have glass frontages, an open plan space and bright airy interiors. There are now 35 branches in London, Leeds, Glasgow and Cambridge etc. offering smart, social and stylish bars with excellent food, drink and service.
